Great product at a great price. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the results! Our carpet was installed when the house was built in 2001 and after Zerorez cleaned the family room, office, and stairs, it looked great. Thoroughly deep cleaning and super professional service
Zero Rez carpet cleaners have cleaned our carpets four or five times over the past two years. They have always done a great job. Because of my sensitivities to chemicals they never use any chemical solutions, but the carpets always come out looking new and never leave any lingering chemical fragrances. The guys always are great to go through the process before beginning and sure to do a walk-through when the job is complete to be sure I am satisfied with the appearance of the carpets. Always professional and efficient. Also, the price is very reasonable. I am glad to refer my friends and neighbors to them.
I am a little disappointed with the results of my chair and pillows. It was looking dingy so I had it cleaned in hopes that it would look brighter but it doesn't look much different. Everything else is fine though.

Everything. The service, the people, how clean my carpets feel. Let me say that again, HOW CLEAN MY CARPETS FEEL!!! So amazing!!! No weird residue. My tech was actually here 15 minutes before the original window of service. That never happens. Usually they are at the end or after the service window. And he was very honest about what to expect from the cleaning. ZeroRez ROCKS!!!

We recommend ZeroRez to our friends all the time. We think we should receive something off when we get our carpet cleaned. We have been doing this for a few years now but we don't get anything in return. I have complained about this numerous times and we are being told they are working on it. We are very happy with you with the exception of this. We should get so much off of our carpet cleaning but not free protectant since we don't us this. Thank you for your consideration.

Tyler was my technician. Very nice, prompt, professional. Actually I had some small stains in my carpet that I was very surprised came out! The carpet was left just damp, not wet. I liked how the carpet felt once it all dried. Not crunchy. I highly recommend Zerorez.
