I was surprised that the tech moved nothing. He cleaned the carpet around tables, etc. unlike the tech that has previously cleaned pour carpet. Neither did he place blocks under anything to allow fur drying.

However, I am continuing to use your service personally since I have been happy 3 of the 4 times I have used your service. Had carpet done last Thursday and was happy with the result. He was able to remove unidentified red marks!!!
Only issue is that dragging hoses down my hall to bedroom left debris on my wood floor.

I had high expectations with respect to the results based on all of the advertising I’ve heard, but unfortunately there were stains that still remain.

The carpets get cleaned so well and so quickly! We have dogs and kids, so our carpets don't stand a chance. Every time zerorez comes out they look almost new again. The best part is they feel so nice after.

Zerorez is not willing to come and look at the job to give a more accurate quote. In news paper it is promoting 3 room special at $199. The quote does not add up. The quote is more than 25-35% higher than the next 5 quotes.

I liked the professionalism of the tech, how fast the carpet and furniture dried, the thoroughness of the cleaning (didn't see any missed areas). Our furniture and carpet looked brighter and it smelled so good in our house when tech was done. The real "proof in the pudding" will be how long things stay clean because we paid quite a bit extra and got the "Protection" in hopes of resisting dirt and spots.

Ability to schedule and communicate via text. A short, two hour arrival window. Courteous, friendly and clean service person. Carpet dried quickly and was cleaned effectively.

Very professional. Explained what he was going to be doing and we talked about a couple of stains that he was able to get out. The carpet looks great and is not crunchy. I will recommend Zerorez to friends and family!
