Great value, but I am not impressed with stain removal. Good results for general dirt.
The technician got red wine stains out of my family room carpet and saved me from having to buy new carpet! Love that guy! While he was waiting for the enzymes to work, he also got some deep dirt residue out of the hall way. I am very pleased.

We had an appt for 12, but I got I call the night before asking if we could do 8 instead because of a cancellation! Perfect! Adonis was right on time and explained the process to me. He even moved my furniture around a little which was so helpful. My carpets look brand new and smell great. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

There were terrible stains on my carpet however your technician cleaned it and when my son came home he said it look like new. The technician gets a 10 ,very thorough, very professional, very efficient! Best carpet cleaning in the last 15 years!

Pretty pricy
I really wish I would have been warned about not being able to safely clean rugs that are on wood floors. My primary focus and concern are two large area rugs in our home, which are both on hardwoods. I was told when the technician got here that he couldn’t guarantee that the wood underneath wouldn’t warp and stain from the solution used. I was frustrated, because this was never brought up. I did, however, love the work that was done on our carpeted areas and plan to use zerorez again when I can take my large area rugs outside to be cleaned. Just a hassle having to reschedule yet another appointment.

Our carpets are cleaner than we have seen them in years. One gray traffic area has been removed. We had been told by another company that this gray area was permanent since our carpet was several years old. It is now clean!
We would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone, but especially those with older carpets. It works!

Carpet cleaner found stains I did not see and very personable
I am disappointed that a stain that was treated on a rug was over treated/bleached white.
I especially like the lack of harsh chemicals being used on my carpets. We have 2 dogs that are very important to us, and we want to be sure that our carpets (afterthe cleaner) are safe for them.
I also appreciate how thorough Tyler was in cleaning our carpet. With a light carpet that was installed almost 14 years ago and has had dogs on it since the beginning, it was not an easy feat to get them looking so good. However, they look so much better than they did - better than I'd hoped they'd turn out. He was also quick and efficient!
