Punctual and get the carpet clean

Team member was great but in living room there’s missed areas. It was last room done I think maybe was rushed and tired. Maybe some jobs of the whole house 2 techs should come
Fast, friendly service!
Our service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Carpets looked good after cleaning. Our only complaint was the stiffness/ crunchy feeling of the carpets in our 2 high traffic areas as well on the stairs. Not sure if that was due to the protector that was put down or not. Overall happy with the result.
I appreciated that the cleaning gentleman was prompt and did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets. He was extremely helpful and very polite. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to our neighbors!

Our service tech Patrick, is the best that has ever been to our home. The carpet is the cleanest it has been after carpet cleaning by Zorores. I will definitely ask for Patrick when it needs to be done again.

The technician was very personable.
My carpet was so wet, we had to keep fans on overnight to try to dry them out. They were still damp this morning! That's really not acceptable.
Techs are friendly and polite; do a great job. Carpets look like new with no "crunchy" feel.
EVERYTHING was very clean. However, my staircase had a little crunchy & not as soft as the other areas.
The process went well and Brandon who did the work was efficient and friendly. We are happy with the cleaned carpets, too.
There were two spots that yall were unable to come out. I wish that when your tech came out to do the measurements for the quote that we would've been warned that you all might not be able to get the stains out.
Does not appear to be a consistent process. Not good on urine and stains.

Just love the way the carpets look after being cleaned. I have always had great technicians that come to do the work. I like their honest approach. Even talked me out of something that saved me lots of money.
I had two pieces of furniture and all my area rugs cleaned by Zerorez this past summer. I was pleased with the cleaning and service, so decided to use Zerorez to clean all my carpets as well.
Melissa was helpful with identifying the best pricing and the agreed upon estimate was sent shortly after we hung up. I also received free carpet protection in two rooms. I like the e-mail reminders as well as the “to do” list that was sent the night before the appointment.
Noah was great - prompt, friendly, professional, and thorough. The carpets look great and whatever Noah used smelled good too...kind of an orange-y scent.

The cost was much higher. The stains did not come out even with the upsell.

I love using Zerorez! We have used this company twice now. Tevin was informative and great to talk to! He did an amazing and thorough job and very nice! I didn’t think my tile could be revived but Tevin did it. I highly recommend this company not only because the technicians are so nice but because the company is timely and the quality is always great.
