I was disappointed in the outcome of my grout cleaning.

First of all, let me just say that my technician , First name removed Higgins was fantastic. He was very professional, very polite and pleasant. He was great! I think i'm just disappointed in the results. After they dried, they just don't look much different than they did before the cleaning. They are older rugs but I thought the results would be better than what they are.

The technician thoroughly explained the cleaning process. The results were the best we've had in many years. We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to friends.

The technician took an air freshener out of the hall outlet and laid it on the bathroom counter. This would not have been a problem had I known. By the time I found it, oil from the air freshener had leaked all over the counter. We have some paint missing from the corner of the wall up the stairs where the hose was scraped over the wall. The main reason for the cleaning was a recent spot in a bedroom from a supplement that was spilled. The stain looks about the same as before the cleaning.

You guys just always do a great cleaning job and the customer service from A to Z is always stellar.

Unhappy with quality of cleaning on recliner. They were to get back to me on re-cleaning took a week and then only because I send another message saying I was giving them bad review. I have cleaned it myself now .

First, your technician did virtually nothing on the “What to expect list” sent with my confirmation. The only thing he did was use booties and edge protectors.

There are many spots that he failed to remove.

It has been almost 48 hours since the job was completed, even after using my fans, overnight, there are still wet spots in some areas. The technician never offered fans to help with the drying.

I am very disappointed with the results. The carpet doesn’t look much better. If you really want to make it right, give me a complete refund. I did not feel I got my money’s worth.

Works well

Products are eco-friendly and I don’t find residue. Walked on carpet several days now no evidence of dirt coming up. Especially like quick drying time!
