No chemicals
Thorough explanation of offerings, no hard sell. I've had carpets cleaned by MANY different companies and NO ONE gets the carpets as clean as Zerores. Their cleaning process is a multi step process. Takes a bit longer, but is so worth it!

Carpet is soft and no residue or smell
service was very good.removed all the spots makes my carpet look really good.
Could have placed stryrofoam blocks under dining room chairs. I moved chairs into kitchen but contractor did not leave the blocks for me to place under the chairs when I moved them back. My kitchen is is too small for 6 dining room chairs and had to constantly move them around to get things done in the kitchen for the rest of the day, until carpets were dry enough. I am very satisfied with the results overall.

I can't say enough about using Zerorez. I shared my happiness with services on Facebook and Instagram, and I've already had friends reach out wanting to book their appointment. Zach was awesome, quick, and the carpet looked nearly brand new. I was astonished how easily five years of dog mess and family yuck came out.
The technician was professional and thorough in his work. Followed company protocol and had me review flooring once completed. Our two yr. old house was void of furnishings as we had not moved in.
I returned the next day and as always, removed my shoes and worked in bare feet all afternoon. By the end of the day, the soles of my feet were dirty. I return the following day and used my Bona dry cloth mop throughout the area (engineered wood flooring) and captured more dust and dirt than I expected (I expected some dust as it can collect in corners after cleaning).
All in all, disappointed. I have used owner operated businesses in the past with cleaner results. Zerorez was recommended by my daughter who had done her research and read many good reviews. I won’t be using Zerorez in the future.
The stain on the stairs landing didn’t come out nor did all the sticky residue left from the plastic sheeting (with an adhesive backing) that was on our carpet during a home improvement project. The service tech was very nice and thought he got it all so I’m not sure if it needs to be done again or I just need to go with another company.
Give realistic drying times or use fans to achieve what is told to the customer. I was told 4-6 hours and our carpet was still damp 24 hours after the cleaning. Only the room with a ceiling fan was dry within 8 hours and we had to use small fans in all other areas to get them dry by the next day.
Zerorez delivers exactly what they claim. Clean carpets with no after chemical or soap smell. The carpets dry faster. I liked that the technician not only wore his mask at first greeting, but continued to wear his mask the entire time he was in my home. That is important in 2020. The Zerorez techs are always knowledgeable and courteous. This was my second time using Zerorez. Never gave another company a thought. Thank you Zerorez for delivering exactly what you advertise!
The carpet looked great! All the stains from normal wear and tear disappeared and it was left so fresh and clean.

The technician that I had for my service was just great. He was courteous, meticulous, and explicated his plan for cleaning my house.
The carpet is very clean and looking great. However, the tech ripped apart my flowers with his equipment and did not mention he did so. I only noticed when I got home from work that they were completely ripped in half. I'm sure it was an accident, but he should have mentioned it and apologized. He needs to be more careful because some people work very hard on their garden.
I was very pleased. This was our first time to use the service. It was very easy to set up and everything went as promised. Only one little blip, there is black residue spots (like wet tar?) on the driveway where the truck was parked. The carpets look wonderful and the young man who came was very professional and pleasant. Thank you!

Technician (Justin) was great...cleaning job made a huge difference without any residue on very old carpets that need to last awhile longer until new floors can be installed...your services did the trick!
He got it done in no time
The technician did a great job. However, I thought I was getting the special $139 special which was 3 rooms and hallway. However when completed I had to pay $192. Way over my SS budget. Was not pleased that I was not given the special advertised price. Too pricy for me.
Carpet clean and dry in 7 hrs.
The reps are professional, courteous and work was completed as ordered. Arrival was within the scheduled window.
