They were very professional from the first call. They followed up a couple of times prior to my appointment. They called exactly 30 minutes prior to my appointment just as they said they would. Matt was great and very informative. I would use them again in the future.

I was impressed with how great my floors look after the process. The tech was professional.

I know there no guarantee of 100% stain removal but Zerorez was “very confident” that “most” stains would lift and be removed. Literally none of the stains were removed and I wasted $350. As the carpet started to dry all the stains come back. I wish I could demand a refund because I might as well have thrown my money away. Very, very disappointed. I will never recommend you guys. Ever.

We have been loyal repeat customers however this last visit was terrible and not sure we will use again due to the tech. The tech pushed so much extras onto us and only informed us of new additional charges after he had already competed the cleaning... we paid whatever the cost without complaining just to have him leave. Definitely embarrassed that I have been recommending this company.

Hi! Although our technician wasn’t very friendly and I don’t doubt he worked hard, I don’t fee like our carpets look clean (actually they don’t look clean)

I know to expect that the stains will not fully come up and I wasn’t concerned about that but the traffic surface dirt is still there and there are actual spots that I have continues to touch up with loose soiling, not stains, that I have been going over since our appointment. It seems as though maybe toward the end of the appointment that he was rushed, and you can see spots where the carpet was cleaned cutting into a traffic pattern but the surrounding traffic dirt wasn’t gone over, so the carpet in places is two different colors depending on where the machine went over the area more thoroughly than others. I can send pics if necessary. There is a lot of carpet and a lot of rooms in our house and it seems like maybe as time went on our technician rushed over the areas I was more concerned with that get the most traffic.

We would appreciate considering returning to get these areas cleaned more thoroughly.

Don't send one man to carry a huge rug. On pick up, my boyfriend helped carry it out to the truck and on delivery, I had to help move the furniture back. We are both in our 50's.
