My sofa came out so clean! I love it. They also got all of the pet stains out of my carpet, which is great!
Person doing cleaning was very up front on what he may or may not be able to remove as far as stains in the carpet. He did better at getting stains out than I expected. He finished up on carpets late afternoon and they were dry completely in the morning. I will hire Zerorez again for carpet cleaning. I will recommend them to my friends.

Once it’s dry the carpet isn’t crunchy
The first time a couple of years ago we used this company and our wood entry floors were stained be cause a tarp wasn't put down and the hose was leaking. This last time the carpets had to be done a second time because a new employee left the carpets wet and dirty. Finally Derek came out and got the carpets cleaned, he did a good job however he did not move the couch away from the wall and clean under it. Highly disappointed.

I like that there is no chemical used. And no soap residue left in the carpet. The technician was very polite and I think he did a good job.
Blood couldn’t be removed and smell of cat urine again 2 days later from area that was supposed to be specialty treated.
