The quick dry of carpet, doesn't overly soak it like Stanly Steamer! The guys who have come to my house are always so very nice and professional.

We have used Zerorez since we moved into our new home 7 yrs ago. They keep our carpets looking almost like new! I would never go back to another carpet cleaning company!!
We were really pleased with everything except the carpets were still wet in various areas for more than 24 hours. We were told it would be dry in 4 to 6 hours. That is the only problem. Carpets look and smell great!

Within two days of the service, a 9 inch by 6 inch gray spot appeared on the carpet. Nothing had been there before. So we think the dampness of the carpet attracted something.

This was the fiirst time I used Zerorez. My carpeting was in bad shape but I thought it would be cleaned better than it was. I believe my cleaner did a good job, but the zerorez process did not live up to it's advertised awesome-ness.
