John listened to me and understood what I needed. He was very careful and through. My carpet and rugs look like new!

The carpets were incredibly clean and the technician called beforehand and was very kind.
I requested a service due to a dirty dog oder. The person that took my call did not offer the correct service. I was offered the correct service the second time you guys came out. I was put out twice by having to schedule second visit and my carpets being wet twice. And had to pay for the upgrade. Not sure if the problem is fixed. The second tech that came out was very professional and did do a lot better job and more detailed then the first.

Although floors appeared better, shower walls did not appear cleaner after drying period; film along baseboards and appliances needed cleaned by me afterwards
Carpet didn’t turn out quite as clean as I expected, but it was old carpet with stains from unknown sources.

2 things. A medical mask or proper mask was not worn. Technician entered my home without a mask on and didn't put up his NFL scarf until after he'd been speaking. I pointed out a spot created by hair gel on the back of my husband's recliner, both before and after the cleaning. The spot was still there after he finished. I brought it to his attention but he said it would be fine after it dried. I told him that in my experience of having these spots cleaned that it wouldn't be gone. I had to ask him if they'd come back if the spot was still there. He said they would. I texted him this am. No answer. For twice the amount of money that I've ever paid in the past, this is unacceptable. I also never received an answer to my comment when I made the online appt. requesting a new customer discount. Justin did give me a $19 free fabric protector and that was nice. I gave it back to him in a tip.

Because he took the time to explain, we were able to learn and understand more about carpet and carpet cleaning! Scott was up against a challenge since we had some pet damage. Our carpet stairs were still wet the next morning. I don’t think they were suctioned properly.
We have utilized this company for may years and thought we would call Stanley Steamer this time. We have three large dogs but our house is well maintained.
When I arrived home I could not tell Stanley Steamer had serviced our house but was informed they had.
I immediately called Zerorez arriving two days later. It was confirmed Stanley did not clean the carpets properly leaving behind the elements we hired them for.
Zerorez showed us the results of their extraction and was very professional providing necessary documentation to recover our funds from Stanley.
When I returned home after Zerorez it was immediate apparent. The house was clean, the musky smell prior was now eliminated and four days later the odors have not returned.
Zerorez is the only company we will hire who has proven their abilities of service.

Cleaning was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00. I call at 4:00 to find out the delay person stated that gentlemen had delays with prior clients. A phone call notifying me of the delay would have been appreciated that is what I call customer service. Andy was very professional when he arrived but to top it off he could not do a complete cleaning since part of the equipment was broken. He asked if I wanted to reschedule but I did not have that option since all my furniture had been moved. He was done and a little over an hour. Not happy with the results I know that the high traffic areas would not be good as new but my home steam cleaner does a better job

Like the way you schedule as estimate with options....knowledgeable tech and patient with my questions. Best part grout is nearly looks like it did 15 years ago when it was new!
