I really enjoyed having Dacoda over this week! He is so honest and forthright about my cat issues. Don't you just love working with someone who offers you what they think is best without trying to "sell you"? I had been using Groupons over the past couple of years because Zerorez is a premium priced service, but I really wanted quality, so I called to get a quote, and I do feel your prices have become more affordable. It thrills me, because now I can return to just using Zerorez for everything.
Service was great. Once the carpet dried the pet stains reappeared. I was surprised he didn’t do pet treatment.

Have used other cleaning services and Zerorez by far leaves our carpets looking nearly new. Two rooms have been down since 1986!
I am amazed on how clean my carpets are!! The technician Zack was professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell additional services. He was polite and friendly and did excellent work. I WILL be a returning customer!!

I was hoping for a better outcome on the cleaning process on my stairs. I understand my carpet is 15 years old, however I have taken exceptional care to have it cleaned not only professionally but also personally at least once every 6 to 9 months since I purchased the condo. I was quite a surprise to see that the stairs looked worse after the cleaning. If I had any idea that would have been the outcome I would not have had it done. I did have a neighbor ask me if I would recommend and look at my carpet after seeing the truck leave. I was hesitant but allowed them to come in. Unfortunately their response and impression was not positive to say the least.

Carpets look wonderful, no sticky residue and the house smells fresh and clean. I would recommend Zerorez to all of my friends.
True to your word regarding your product
For the price, I was disappointed in the carpets after. The person who cleaned the carpets was very courteous and I have no complaints with him.
How soft and fresh my carpets were. They smelled wonderful but not overwhelming. The hardwood floors were clean and wonderful. Zack my service pro was GREAT!!! Excellent service and finished product. I would use again!
Didn’t realize that my price of cleaning my carpets did not include moving the furniture. Maybe I missed it in your advertising or your telephone staff failed to inform. Anyway, why wouldn’t you include moving furniture?
The price seemed high for a couch only cleaning.

We LOVE Zerorez! We first tried them on our carpet. We thought it was beyond hope, but they were able to remove stains that we didnt seem possible.( I am so sorry I cant remember his name) So this time, we were under a home reno, dust and dirt everywhere. Without question, we called Zeroez to clean all of our upholstery. Justin came out, explained everything, addressed our concerns and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, careful and respectful of our home. He left no mess, only clean, wonderful feeling and smelling sofas and chairs.Thank you Zerorez for a great product and great people!

Cleaning was pretty good. Way too many hidden costs. Advertising $139 and then it’s really $312....it’s not clear up front how many extra charges there will be. Once they arrive and the price is different we felt kind of trapped to go with it because they were already at our house. Good in home service, but we would shop around next time.

My carpet tech was very kind, clean, polite and he wore protective shoe covers! Also important..he wore a mask, even while he was sweating!
My carpet was at least 5 shades lighter when he left, and it feels really nice, not crunchy! I would highly recommend Zerorez and Jordan!
