Make certain the carpet is clean before you leave, I pointed out the areas before the employee left the house the 1st time, he told me when it dried it would look different, it didn’t , so he had to return to clean it a second time. He noticed what I was seeing immediately, after he cleaned it a second time it looks wonderful after it dried

I wouldn’t say you disappointed, the service was just fine it was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be. I’ve never had this done before so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. However considering what I Paid and how my carpets look I can’t say it’s something I can lan to do again, ever.
