The Zerorez representative was professional and hardworking, he explained the process, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The process removed some serious stains and left my carpets truly clean. The cost was very reasonable and the result was excellent!

Tech was great.......however there was a problem with the charges. I specifically asked when I booked the cleaning if the "water disposal fee needs to be added to the price she quoted" I was told "that's already included. I knew of this hidden charge because I am a repete customer. The tech added it on anyway. It was removed after a long conversation & showing him where I even wrote it down at the time of booking. I, as most people, DO NOT LIKE BEING LYED TO!!!!! It was NOT the $15 dollar amount..........It was the deception that I was told one thing & then the final amount due was more due to this fee. So again, the tech was great..........your company policy...........not so much.
