I liked the special attention the two specialists took while cleaning our carpet. They were very attentive and explained the process. Our carpet was a mess. It is a very heavy traffic retail store that hasn’t been maintained properly during the pandemic. We’ve already scheduled our next cleaning and plan on using Zerorez on a structured schedule.
Carpets look great, dry quickly
I was very happy with the quality of service I received. My carpets looked great and feel fresh. I only wish you came to the area more on a regular basis so I can use your services more. With there being a minimum service charge that limits how often I can contact you.

It's on been 24 hours, so this is only an extremely short-term, post service review. The carpets look better, and of course, smell better. We take really good care of our carpets (no shoes allowed inside our home, use a high quality vacuum on a very frequent basis and change our air filter every 30 days) but still had a few dark spots from our office chairs and spilled laundry soap. I thought with the spot treatment and general cleaning, those spots would disappear. That was not the case.
The hose Justin pulled from the first to the second floor caused damage to two corners of our drywall. I am not pleased that we will have to pay to get that repaired. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after Justin left.
Overall the service was better than average and way better than the competition I have used in the past. Not happy with the drywall damage done by the hose.

Our carpets look and smell new. We had some bad pet stains and they got removed like nothing ever happened.

No chemicals just a clean healthy home
My carpet is very clean. Last year they did not use the cleaner with the brushes on it on my carpet. I guess they should have. Although I am thinking the brushes might be a little to rough on my carpet as it is plush carpet. I am waiting to have it vacuumed next time when my house cleaner comes back. I had her to come and vacuum the day after my carpet was cleaned. I am on a walker and cannot do it myself. She said she thought it felt different when she was vacuuming but wait until she did it another time. She will not be back until the 5th or the 12th. I will call you after she comes back and ask you some questions.
