The appointment was easy to schedule online, the tech was on time, wore his mask and shoe booties, and was very polite. I was impressed with the outcome of my carpets.
Great dirt remover
I’d hoped by going with “higher end” Zero Rez, that my carpet wouldn’t still be wet after 10 hours. Stairs were still wet the next morning. Then, they felt like they had a residue on them. Also, paying $50 for one room of deodorizer is plain crazy. Zach the technician was nice and friendly. Definitely won’t use again.
Carpets don’t feel sticky and overly saturated like other carpet cleaner places. Very professional and explained what procedures they recommend.

We were surprised no protectors were used on the feet of wooden furniture that could not be moved; however, we have not noticed any damage to carpet or furniture. Some suggestions for speeding drying would have been welcomed. We did put fans out directed at the carpet. We did not think to ask if there are recommendations for vacuuming. One of us thought we remembered a recommendation from a previous carpet cleaner to vacuum soon after drying to lift the nap - do you recommend that?
My experience was nothing but great. The professionalism was top notch. The rep was quiet and efficient. I will have them back.
Chase was friendly, informative and thorough. I had my doubts that just high pressure water could get the job done, but our carpets look amazing and gone are the spots I thought wouldn't come out.

I love that there is no residue left on the carpet. It feels fresh and clean, not sticky. We have used Zerorez twice and b b the times our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very courteous staff members. They always do a thorough job. They are honest and never try to up sell you. I have always been satisfied with Zerorez.
We used this service to clean our carpets which had not been cleaned for awhile. They did an awesome job. They also cleaned 2 area rugs. The guy did not check to see if it was synthetic or wool and just assumed it was synthetic which it wasn’t. There were terrible yellow spots which didn’t dry properly. They came back and took the area rug back to the factory to have it properly cleaned. I was so worried about it but it came back perfect. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely hire them again. I give them props.

Probably the cleanest that our carpet has been in a long time. We have a very good vacuum and use it often but we were amazed at how much dirt was pulled up out of the carpet that we had just vacuumed the day before.
