Improve spot treatment
Our serviceman [I forget his name] was very cordial and did a very good job for us,we were very pleased with the results.
Loved the service, efforts in spots and results last time. Very disappointed this time. I’m able to go around and remove spots that you didn’t get out. I feel I paid far to much for the results I got. Last time there was communication and effort. The spots that were pointed out are still there but I’m able to remove them? Not ok with this service and cost for such poor results.
It was quick and easy. Our carpets are old and worn but new carpeting before new baby was not in the budget. We were unsure how well the cleaning would work. But the areas cleaned look great and we are very happy! I can’t remember his name but the gentleman that did our house on 8/11 around 1pm was very nice and efficient.
