I have a stain that is visible already on my carpet that was just cleaned Wednesday. The carpet also doesn’t smell clean. It smelled very clean after the job was done, but after vacuuming it still has a dirty dog smell. I have two dogs, and I’m not expecting a miracle by any means. However, I’ve had my carpets professionally cleaned before and didn’t have the smell return so quickly.
Great service, quick to get an appointment on short notice.
So far everything looks like new but this is only day 3. If it still looks this good in a few weeks I will be very excited

Scheduling online with Zerorez was fast and easy and follow up to confirm was quick. When the tech arrived he went over pricing and services before starting work. Once he was finished he walked us through the rooms letting us know what was done and any special instructions. Overall the tech was professional, polite, and did a fantastic job. The carpets took a little longer to dry than expected, but it was humid which did not help. I'm back to enjoying vacuuming my beautiful, clean carpets.

The carpet cleaner was very thorough and neat and very safe with PPE. I always have appreciated Your service but during a pandemic, I felt very safe and hope he did in my home. Masks were worn by both of us.
