This is not the first time that I've used Zerorez and it definitely won't be the last. They are so professional and friendly. The service technicians were very knowledgeable. The price is a great value and I love the citrus smell that it leaves in your home.

I appreciative him taking time to answer my questions about the process and how I can maintain the carpet even upon his leaving. I appreciated the respect of my carpet and home with care to the details of my carpet and home. I appreciated his knowledge, wisdom and insight and did not make me feel that my job was to small for him to care about or for Zerorez. I really appreciate him going over all of the services to be rendered and then asking if it was "ok" to proceed. I really appreciated the respect as home owner and someone not coming into my home acting as though they know it all about my carpet.

Our technician was such a nice guy. However I think the deodorizer was a large expense that wasn’t needed and a bit over sold. Also, the stairs don’t look like they were done and we feel a few spots could have used more attention to detail. Is it normal to move so quickly over stains? The carpet is old so granted it looks better on most areas but it just seems the technician moved extra fast.
I have loved all of my cleanings so far. The technicians are always super friendly, thorough, and I feel like they're truly looking out for the best interests of my home.
The ONLY reason I'm rating this visit lower is that during this cleaning, there was a supervisor that showed up unannounced. I was home alone with the technician and my two children, and was keeping them upstairs in the playroom to stay out of the way while he worked downstairs. All of the sudden, I heard a second male voice and panicked a little inside. The supervisor was going over his "inspection" list with the technician.
When he saw me, he introduced himself and explained what he was doing. He was super friendly and I completely understand why they do the checks that they do, but I would have been much happier if I had been given a heads up that he was coming - either through my technician or a phone call. He didn't even ring the door bell - he just walked right in.
The tech and the cleaning on its own was perfectly and I will gladly use ZeroRez again; I just wasn't happy with the unexpected visit.
I have used them a few different times and every time I have been satisfied with the finished result..
