Everything!!
I have called to share my concerns and heard back from the manager who apologized and offered $25 credit towards next service. After thinking about it more and talking to my husband, we think that was not acceptable considering that we paid $59 extra for the hide a bed that he shut in wet. Bare minimum we should have received $59 back on our credit card. We will not be using or recommending Zerorez to ever use that $25 credit. If the tech wasn't aware of how mold and mildew formed and left sitting puddles of water on our wood linoleum floor, we are now left wondering if he knew how to properly clean the sectional and ottoman after paying close to $300. Also, you send out offers frequently for $20 off. So after thinking about what we were offered, it was insulting. Tech also stated it would take around 3 hours for furniture to dry with some variables. We have open living room with one wall of windows which we opened. It took about 24 hours to completely dry. Left us wondering if too much liquid was used by the tech and concerned about the integrity of our fabric now.
Just had carpets, kitchen floor and chair cleaned. They all turned out great. Love the way the technician cleaned and showed progress along the way. Really did a thorough job and are so impressed.

My carpets look amazing after the carpet treatment. I couldn’t believe the dirt and soil the agitation produced. I like the cleaning method as well, no chemical odor and the carpet is not soaking wet for days like others I have used. I am a repeat customer will not use anyone else. I highly recommend them.
The service tech was one of the nicest technicians I have ever had in our home. He went above and beyond to walk us through our service and make sure we were happy. He did an excellent job.

Timely and efficient
Did not remove pet stains or smell. Did not get out basic stains. Some areas looked worst than before the cleaning. Only took them 1.5 hrs for
1460 sq. ft. space. Used service before for just one room - took a couple of hours and the service actually worked then - this time, it did not. Paid almost $600 and doesn’t look or smell any better.

The cleaning efforts of Gerald actually cleaned my carpet not just wet the carpet down. My carpet looks next to new again! I don’t like the $18 disposal charge nor $3 charge for credit card use but I sure do love the work ethic of Gerald and the cleaning results!

Everything !!! I’ve had great experiences and service from them. They call ahead, are on time, professional and they do a great job. My carpet’s look and feel new, soft and no chemical residue. I won’t use another carpet cleaning service but them.
You picked up our rug on 3/31. We were told a manager would be in touch in a few days to let us know when it would be ready. No call. I called end of April to ask when it would be ready. Told it was ready for delivery. No apologies or explanation offered for no call. Tech returned it and was surprised when I asked him to unroll it so I could check the stain. "Oh no one told you?" He said. He explained it could not be cleaned because of the backing. He did not know more and I did not press him.

You kept it for more than a month. The stain is really good and set now so cleaning it will be even more difficult. You took payment for work NOT done, offered no explanation as to why. (Is the backing a problem bc you submerge it? Is the backing compromised? What??? Overall terrible communication!!!!
So, I need a refund and an explanation of why it couldn’t be cleaned.
We were pleased with the results! The communication was good via texting, calls, and emails.
Our only disappointment was timing. We had signed up for a timeslot of 10-2. We were then told it would be between 2-4, followed by a call that said 5. The cleaning began at around 5:45.
If we would have received an apology or more explanation it would have been helpful. It was just hard setting aside more time than I had planned waiting for the cleaners arrival.

The technician was polite and focus on the work. The results were great, the chair and couch looked like new! It was a efficient process and we were done seems like in a flash!

The man that came out to clean our carpets was very friendly, informative, helpful, patient, and accommodating!
My couch still had dirt on it and easily removed items. I took a Norwex cloth and removed these items. The floor is still dirty by the litter boxes. The tech accidentally destroyed my fiber network cord. He said he would take extra off and could not at the end. I am asking half off the couch! I have been in almost daily contact with the manager, and I keep being told we have to get it approved and will contact you tomorrow. I have been called once. It has been a week and there is no resolution.

We spent $326 on carpet cleaning and am left with crunchy carpet, stains not removed, and the whole time the gentleman tried to upsell me an additional $300 of tile cleaning.
Isn’t one of your claim to fames the fact that the carpet is not supposed to be crunchy?? I’ve had to vacuum twice today since our appointment yesterday in attempts to soften it up. We waited a full 24 hours to do this after our windows and fans were on all day yesterday drying the carpet, which I was told would take 10 hours. Disappointed for the amount of money spent.
