I had some spots and it appeared they were gone. When the carpet dried two of the spots reappeared. The carpet was not dry when the men left as advertised. It was morning when it was completely dry.
Tevin did a great job. Coming in right on time. Explained the process, and went to work. In a short time we had carpet looking like it was brand new. The man truly liked his job and the company he worked for. He gets 10 out of 10. To find this kind of service, with a very personable demeanor, and so enthusiastic is hard to find these days. No wonder this company is rated the best in its field in Indy,
Carlos was the technician/employee who came to our home. He went above and beyond. He had problems with equipment and while waiting on the replacement piece, he got down on the floor and continued the application. Wow! How many people go that extra mile when we would have been ok with waiting for the replacement part. Could not have been happier with the service.
Carpets look great. Chair looks great too. John was very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Very pleased overall.
Tevin did a great job! He showed up, did the areas he was asked to do, followed up and was done within the hour. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!
Easy online booking
Did not get the Cleaning Tech requested. Cleaning Tech, Derek had his face in his phone constantly!! The carpet was nicely cleaned and Tech was polite.
Not a messy process. Provider was very punctual and considerate and the outcome was good.
Some stains reappeared after carpet dried
No residue. Still a couple of spots but didn’t see until today.
We have used Zerorez numerous times to clean our rugs, large sectional couches and chairs. They ALWAYS do an excellent job. Can not recommend them enough! Fantastic work.
My couch and chair cushions have streaks that are clean and streaks that are not clean. You can actually see where the nozzle was on the cushion for six or so inches and the rest is still showing dirt. I take the covers to the cleaners like I'd planned before.
The fact that there doesn’t seem to be any Residue after cleaning.
The young man cleaning our carpet was very thorough. The carpet looks so nice and clean. It dried quickly. Great job!

I know that my carpet was dirty and when he first got done they looked good but as they dries I could see exactly where my rug had been prior to the cleaning.

Carpet always looks and smells clean, and it soft to the touch. Technicians are always polite and respectful of your belongings. I am always pleased with their work.

The two men were great! Carpet looks great! It’s the fact that the machine used to “perk up” the carpet quit working. As I was watching them try to fix it I noticed the cord had been taped together in a couple of places. I am not very happy that you are putting your employees and clients at risk of being electrocuted or catching a house on fire. I would think a new machine would cost a lot less than a law suit! The men had to call and have another machine brought....this added about an hour to their job and my evening. I just can’t believe you would send your employees out with malfunctioning and dangerous equipment!
Your staff is always professional, from the phone calls to the technicians. Our technician was the most thorough and took his time doing the best job.
Explain the process better. I didn't understand that you did use something in addition to the water (steam clean). I have allergies to scents. My reaction was mild and didn't last long. I should have asked for details and not assume zero was zero.
Overall the service person was very nice, treated our home with respect and was very efficient. I like the outcome of the cleaning.
Tech was very thorough and patient. Last cleaning I had from another well-known company lasted 20 minutes and was what I call a wet sweeping. Your services used at least 4 machines and took nearly 3 hours. Brought my 25 year old carpet that has been abused by two dogs back from the dead! Wasn't cheap but better than replacing it. Worth every penny!
your rep was very good; however I was very upset that I sat here all day for him to show up at 5:15. The company should have emailed my window so that I could have done things earlier!!!
