I have never used anyone but Zerorez to clean my carpets. They don't use a lot of soaps so there is not a film left over to attract dirt. When they are done. The carpet feels soft and is almost dry. Unfortunately I am moving out of state. But, the first thing I will do when I get to my new home is see if there is a Zerorez there to clean my new carpets. Thanks for a job well done. My carpet still looks like new after six years.
Tevin and William were excellent. Tevin explained every step of the cleaning. With two of them on the job, it was done in no time. Eight hours of dry time is correct. Carpets feel wonderful...no sticky soap. I threw in a bedroom at the last minute and it was no problem. I would use no one else. My first experience was perfect!
I like the service and the people that work for Zero Rez. Justin has been to my home 2-3 times and he is awesome. Excellent job and super friendly and informative! Would love to request him every time if possible! I like that he wears booties over his shoes when he comes in. Very respectful.

One week prior to host a Graduation party, I made an appointment and want quoted a time between 12p-4pm. The technician had not arrived by 410p, I called the company to find out when he’d arrive. Scheduling informed me that he had changed the time for his arrival and would be here by 515p. At 530pm he had not called and we had to reschedule for the following day. It was an inconvenience to us and inconsiderate not to call and update us if they were running behind schedule.
John did a great job cleaning my carpets. He is very dedicated, knows how to do things right and very professional.
My carpets aren’t left damp not wet like other commercial carpet cleaners. You are able to get spots out that I wouldn’t have thought would come out. My last tech was very honest with me in helping me to make a decision that would have cost me extra money and wouldn’t have been worth it. I appreciate the honesty. My carpets look great.
No residue
My carpet is beautiful! Older carpeting with some recent pet accidents. The technician was so thorough and did an incredible job. I am amazed at how clean it is...looks new!
The products don't have an odor. The dry time is faster.

Better than any other in my opinion, I love that the carpets are practically dry when you are finished. The cleaners you use smell great. And I love that you have the controlled flooding option for heavily saturated areas. All around just the best.
