Our service technician, Gerald did a fantastic job. We have many stains due to a new puppy. The carpets look great. You would never know there was a puppy in the house!

I paid $350 for this cleaning.. a bit more expensive than quoted or expected.
I was so impressed with Gerald. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned for several years and the last year we got a new puppy with all the accidents that happen. Although I cleaned them each time, there were still slight stains. Plus he had severe traffic patterns to contend with. I never thought it was possible for the carpets to look as good as they did when he finished. He worked hard, spent extra time, respected the property, and did an amazing job. Thank you, thank you, thank you. They look better than when they were cleaned several years ago!

For the price of over $200 for the cleaning and being told no rooms tested for dog urine (black light verified) before and after the treatment on carpet and post treatment smell was visibly very poor enough we couldn’t have our son sleep in his room, we were very disappointed to find widespread dog urine in his carpet verified after ripping it totally up, and under the second room too being verified and needing to be torn up. I doubt I would’ve paid $200+ for the service if would’ve know up front the carpets had this much pet urine under them and had to replace them on top of your charge. Your crew was kind, timely and professional, just not happy with the service performed.
The high traffic areas that I thought before hand should have been a fairly easy thing to improve did not appear to have any improvement following the cleaning.
The day after the cleaning of all of our carpets and the hardwoods in our kitchen, we noticed brown spots on the carpet in three different rooms and a patch of dead grass out where the technician had parked his van. I called on the following Monday to report our concerns, didn't hear back from anyone until Tuesday, they requested photos (that I sent on that same day), and now it's been more a week after the cleaning and our cost of over $750 but no one has got back with me to provide any sort of feedback. This is a great disappointment at the lack of contact we have had since we've expressed out concerns; we might need to shop around the next time we need to get our carpets cleaned!
Stairs turned out great. Couch was not cleaned as well as the last time you cleaned it.
Zerorez worked very hard to get me scheduled at a time that was convenient for our family. The technician they sent was exactly on time and did a very thorough job. I would recommend them to others, as well as use them again in the future!
It did the job!
Carpets are still very damp in many areas 36 hours after treatment. This was advertised as a quick drying service and I was told it would be 4-6 hours. It seems that the equipment was not working properly or the techs did not remove the excess water properly.
Our carpets fill softer and cleaner than when we moved into our newly built home almost 2 yrs. ago and the technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. We are1st time customers of Zerorez and we will never use anybody but Zerorez
for our homes upholstery and carpet needs. Highly recommend Zerorez.

Hire employees that cars to do the job right. My carpet is crunchie feeling. Like he didn’t soak up the cleaning solution properly. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by you guys several times. This is the first time I’m NOT happy with the overall appearance.
Also, make them wear new booties inside houses. The guy who cleaned my house had soaking wet booties with holes in them. The holes were so bad, I could see the soles of his tennis shoes. He was leaves debris on my floors & I had to mop where he walked thru at. I left him a $16 tip just so he can purchase a bag of booties. I usually tip $50 but not this time.
