This is the third time I have used Zerorez and will continue to do so. The appointment process is easy, the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and the results are great.
Thomas was very professional and went over everything that they offered before he got started. There a couple of areas that we were worried would not come clean. That was not the case! Thomas did an awesome job, and our floors look amazing!

You Cancelled our appointment same day with no notice after we confirmed a second time. Arrangements were made on our side and furniture was already moved.
The constant up-selling of add on treatments is just tiring. And the room measurements for what counts as one room vs two rooms just feels like a scam as well. We’ve used you guys for all of our carpet cleaning for many years, but I think at this point I’m looking elsewhere.

Have technician double-check his equipment, first one left streaks - maybe a clog caused this? Second tech was more experienced and did excellent job.

The technician was great and things got very clean, but the people in the office were incompetent. I was told a 4 hour window from 12-4 and that I would get a call the day before. When I had not received a call by 4:30, I called them. They had my phone number and address wrong even though I had corrected them when I made the appointment. Then they told me a window of 8-10. I almost cancelled at that point, but they changed it to 12-2. The technician arrived at 2:30. He was very nice and capable.
Also the woman in the office said she had called my (old, incorrect) number, and it just rang and rang. When I called it after speaking to her, it clearly had a message that the number was disconnected. She lied to me.

I am happy with the service because the tech was friendly and answered all my questions. I love that the carpets dry so quickly.

Service had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue. They called in plenty of time to adjust to our schedule. When they arrived our technician was courteous- polite -funny and meticulously clean in everything he did. We will continue to only use you in our home and appreciate the great service.
