I requested a specific technician when booking and a different one showed up. Not that he didn’t do a good job, but I would have like to have been notified prior of the change.

The service was excellent. I only have two issues: (1)I had to call to have my rug returned; and, (2)after paying over $600 to have my rug cleaned, I was charged a delivery fee.

we brought you in to get an elevator smell out. It didn't happen. Your man wanted to do an additional treatment for 300+ more dollars. When it did not come out we opted to take our $200 carpet cleaner and thoroughly clean it . It no longer smells and looks great! All we got from your guy was how difficult it was going to be. BS we should have just cleaned it ourselves and saved the trouble and money. . JUST BEING HONEST.

The team they sent were polite and efficient. Since they sent two team members, they were not in the house very long. Fair pricing and felt confident for my family's health as they wore masks (properly).

John Parry did a great job cleaning my carpets. I don't think they have ever looked that good.

I asked the rep. if it would cost more to pay with a credit card. He said no. It did cost $ 3.00 more. I did not like that. Trrain them with the right info.

Fast, prompt, efficient, high quality

I didn’t like how a room was $75 but a closet was about the same price and it literally was just a small area. Not sure how a closet in a bedroom wouldn’t be included with that room price.

Appointment was scheduled between 2-4, I called at 4 to ask when the tech would be arriving. They stated they were running behind and someone should have called me to provide an update but this didn’t happen, tech should be arriving around 6. He was here at 6:45 and completed around 8:45. I took off a half day of work for this appointment and they were here to late on a school night with 2 small kids. I will never use your service again. Terrible customer service, lady was short and rude when I called at 4.

I like that it brightened my carpet and looks brand new. Our technician was very nice and that means a lot for me as well as the company.

Great technician and my carpets look and smell great

we had old pet stains. We had two treated. Many others still present after cleaning. probably not Zerorez issue. we got an infared flashlight. Still many unseen stains and odor.
And we had an odor from the chemical/solution used for about 24 hours. The stains possibly cannot be removed with any solution. The tech was very thorough and professional.

John was very professional, explained the process for the carpet cleaning and shared other services as well. He was able to get out a couple of stubborn spots and the bedrooms look refreshed. We are very satisfied with the service
