I feel real good about not using soapy chemicals on my rug. The carpets are clean and there is no left over residue.

The people were very, very nice and respectable. My only complaint was that my carpet was still wet upstairs in the hall the following morning and we had a fan blowing up the stairs and a ceiling fan going thru the night. I was told the carpet would dry in approx. 6 hours. The jobs was complete around 4:45 and at 9:30 the following morning, carpet was still wet.

No Chemicals, and no residue.

Nothing to improve - I just usually don't have conversations with friends on subjects like this.

If someone asks who I use I will let them know I was satisfied.

Normally, the service is excellent. I had my carpet cleaned a year ago and several years before that. Those times, furniture protectors were put under all of the furniture left on the damp carpet. This time there were none. I didn't realize it as the tech was leaving so called the office about an hour or so later. The office told me that I have to ask for those. I told her I never had to in the past and that it wasn't good for the furniture or the carpet. I also told her that there was at least one chair with metal legs that could stain the carpet. She told me she would reach the tech and text me back in 5 minutes. That was two days ago. Also in the past the tech would put some fans around especially in the basement. That wasn't done and it is taking a while for the basement to dry. I am worries about getting a musty odor. Never had these issues in the past.

The representative was very informative and very thorough in cleaning all areas we had scheduled. Good quality and professional.

We scheduled an appointment and your driver was to be here between 12 pm and 4 pm. I called about 330 pm and the rep on the phone said the driver quit that morning and we would have to reschedule. We did reschedule and she said we would get 20% off for the inconvenience. The following week with all the furniture still in the kitchen the driver called and provided great service. Because of the already discounted price we only recieved 12 off of the original estimate which was not close to 20% ( more like $28 ). This was our first time using Zerorez in the past Stanley Steamer and didnot see much more of a result for the difference in price.

Service providers are always so nice! They don’t cut corners and always respect my home.

While my some of my carpets are old, I was very disappointed that they were not considerably more clean. I can get them cleaner with my hand carpet cleaner. Even areas that are not heavily trafficked, we’re not noticeably cleaner. Very disappointed after spending $500.

Your equipment broke down. He had to borrow pliers to fix it several times. Missed areas on carpet. Too wet in spots. I know it takes anywhere from. 4 to 6 hours to dry. I had fans on carpet. He ask to used my bathroom. Spots on carpet wasn’t removed. Name removed

Be more negotiable on the rug cleaning services especially for repeat customers, the pro calling needs a more polished customer service approach and less "know it all and rigid"

The individuals that cleaned our basement carpet that day were very informative and worked quickly. They got the job done and also offered to help move some items from a closet so carpet in closet could be cleaned. This is our second time using Zerorez and we would definitely use again in the future!!

I like the idea of no residue left on the carpet. The cleaner did a great job, got out all stains, and explained what he did.

I had stains from an ink cartridge on my carpet. The person who came to clean it said he would be able to remove them. When he was finished and as long as the carpet looked wet, the stains seemed to have gone away. However, once the carpet was dry, the stains reemerged and actually look worse.

I love that our technician called that he was on his way within the two hour window that was expected. He was very polite and explained everything very well. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have used Zerorez before and we will definitely use them again. I highly recommend!
