The technicians are always courteous and dedicated to doing a great job! My carpet is older and yet is so clean and looks wonderful!
That u don’t use soap which attracts dirt. Tile cleaning was good but disappointed in results of grout cleaning. Feel you need a grout shaped brush to do best job

I have used Zerorez 3 times and have been pleased with the work done. It was easy to schedule, was accomplished in a short period of time, and communication with the company was easily accomplished.
I was, however, quite surprised when asked to pay for the carpet cleaning, an option for giving a tip appeared. This has never happened before. The person who cleaned the carpet was standing there staring at me and it was most awkward. I wasn't expecting a tip to appear. It is bad enough tips automatically appear at fast food places now, but for a service like carpet cleaning, I think it's crazy. If they need to get tips, you should either pay them more or charge more for the service. A definite turn-off for me.
I also think the pricing advertised is misleading. I believe the ad said something like $146 for hallway and 3 rooms. I had a short hallway and 3 rooms. I was told I was "getting a deal" because my living room was considered a large area. If my living room is a large area, I hate to think what a normal house is Carmel is charged. Anyway, after all of the extra items were added, the total was $209. Just something I will keep in mind in the future that what is advertised is not what the real cost will be.
I gave a score of 8 because I would recommend the service, but they always did a good job--but would tell my friends about the tipping and extra charges.

I love that my carpet always smells fresh and clean, no chemical smell. This time I also had my engineered hardwood floors cleaned. They look great! I have been using Zerorez for at least 5 years now and have been totally satisfied each and every time! Thank you

Carpet was cleaned better than anyone has ever done and tech was very professional.
Was hesitant to even bother because I never do feedbacks but really not happy and its got to me a little bit. Had you guys out to clean my carpets while I was out of town. When I got back the carpets looked the same as before but were wet and the place smelled a little musty- I figured Id let it all dry n see how it turned out- no better at all. So I figure hey- maybe its just the carpet and although it looks like it could be cleaned to be nice- maybe its just old. So I tried some carpet cleaner in a can- boom clean. At that point I chalked it up to a bad experience, and just leave it but Ive noticed knats around progressively more since the cleaning and seen today the little bastards are coming from the carpet. With minimal googling I seen how these things transfer and everything else- Im not happy at all and feel like I paid $318 for carpet bugs. What you could do to make it right is refund my money and call it a day
The people were nice and I’m sure it did some cleaning but didn’t very much in getting out the traffic pattern which still looks dirty.
I should have stayed with your competitor.
I was very impressed with zerorez from the beginning to the end. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone to clean the carpets in their home. Brianna was who did ours and I can't be happier!
