The facility was clean, modern, and very relaxing from the moment I walked in. What I liked most was having access to multiple wellness therapies in one place, especially the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.Would definitely recommend.

I loved the sauna and cold plunge experience. I have never done a plunge before. The attendant did a wonderful job of explaining everything and guiding us for our first time.
