I've been wanting to try cold plunging for a while now, and when I learned SWTHZ was in my neighborhood, I had to check it out. After my initial trial session, I immediately bought a twice-a-week membership. What a great concept to have the sauna and cold plunge (and shower) in one private suite. I hope it continues to be a relaxing oasis even as it becomes popular as others learn about it.
One thing that could be improved: The bathroom at the National Landing location is not very clean, especially the toilet. I've noticed this on the weekdays (not the weekends.) I hope the staff can be more cognizant of the condition of the one restroom.

The attendant was very thorough in explaining everything. The experience was wonderful, and at the end of the session. I was completely relaxed and I feel like I lost 5 pounds in water weight.

Staff are always pleasant. They've been incredibly flexible. Clean environment. Nice perks. Overall wonderful experience. My wife and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. This will be part of the weekly routine.
