Private room is terrific especially since a guest can manage their own heat level within the sauna. Lived the vitamin C experience. Cold plunge is a little tricky for those who have challenges exiting a deep tub without a railing on the outside of the tub. I watched my6’4” husband With knees issues really struggle with that. Loved the sauna!!! For two (one being tall it’s a little tight but still amazing!!!
Friendly service, clean rooms, relaxing environment with no hurry up pressure. Only complaint is lack of space/bench access in room 8 and 6 or 7

1 hr in duration; real cold plunge; your vitamin C seems to be also a great plus; temp inside sauna can really reach 175F; no need to clean or remove used towels after each use; ❤️

I liked it a lot. Very peaceful, very relaxing. Body felt great after. Took me a second to figure out how to work the sauna, and then it kinda slowly rose in temperature. Would’ve liked it a little hotter it never got up to the 176 i set it to, but it was still amazing.
The people were friendly and the experience was amazing
I enjoyed the private rooms as well as the tv set up to hear music while using the amenities. The sauna was perfect and the ice bath was also really fun to use. I will be back!
