A great experience with actual results. The vitamin C shower definitely smoothened out any texture as well as improving my complexion. It was also my first time using experiencing a cold plunge which really helped with my lower back pain and soreness from a workout.

Only thing I would change is I feel like an hour and a half would be better. The hour went by really quick and having to shower and change after took up some of our precious sauna time

Absolutely amazing experience from the minute we walked in. The team member that escorted us to our room and explained everything in detail was an absolute gem. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The aesthetics was is A1. The plunge was 🥶 but so needed. Looking forward to visiting again.
Liked the privacy and ambience of each suite. Only thing that would be nice is maybe a stepstool for short people like me getting in and out of the cold plunge. It’s a bit awkward and have to be super careful that I don’t slip.
The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The sauna and cold plunge experience was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. Everything felt clean, relaxing, and well organized. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back!
My experience was great. I use the contrast therapy for recovery after my workouts. The suites are clean and well maintained.
