10/10 experience at SweatHouz! The sauna and cold plunge combo was exactly what I needed. The sauna was relaxing, clean, and helped melt away all my stress, while the cold plunge left me feeling refreshed, energized, and recharged. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was welcoming, and everything felt very well maintained. Definitely one of the best self-care experiences I’ve had in a long time — can’t wait to come back!

More sound proofing would be an improvement as well as a another hook for hanging belongings.

I got a session for my fiances birthday and from the minute we walked in, the place looked immaculate and smelled so good! Akilah was absolutely a pleasure and so so sweet, greeted us with a smile took the time show us around, and how to use the sauna. The experience was absolutely amazing, so much that we booked another few sessions! My fiance is a carpenter and this just helped him unwind, he loved it and said it was the best gift!!!!! I can't recommend this enough, and again, Akilah is a true asset to your company!! Thank you!!

Nick was super friendly and professional. He gave me a tour, explained everything that I needed to know and even gave some great recommendations. The facility was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting a few more times while I’m traveling in the area.

Customer service was great and great details on the location and membership. Sauna very relaxing, cold plunge was COLD but very therapeutic and vitamin b shower was nice way to end service. Will come back and already sharing this place with coworkers and friends

I loved having a private suite. Great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly.
The only negative is the location. Being across the street from literally the busiest Costco in the country means there will be no parking nearby. Otherwise, the staff are great.

Relaxing, helpful staff.
There was a large group of us and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We filled out liability paperwork two at a time. A tedious process. Most of us were unaware that a credit card would be required since we paid ahead of time. Beside that annoying process, it was a wonderful experience and all of us plan to visit again with other friends & family.

Friendly staff and clean rooms
Had such a great experience here tonight. The space was clean, relaxing, and really thoughtfully designed. Tried contrast therapy with the infrared sauna and cold plunge cycles and left feeling incredibly calm and refreshed afterward. The staff was welcoming and made the whole experience feel comfortable even as a first timer. I’d honestly come more often if it wasn’t so expensive 😂 but it definitely felt worth it as a treat.
