I had started to fill the survey in before my session when I received it in anticipation of a different experience. I would not give this experience a 10. The sauna had been turned off. I had to wait to get it up to the high temperature and the towel that was set aside for me in the sauna had brown spots on it. I would not choose that suite again because the wide edge of the tub was at the opposite end. I prefer to lay a towel down and swing my legs in to the tub to guide me into a plunge. This was the first suite that I was not able to do that.
It was very clean and well kept. The staff member was very nice.
Customer service
It was very relaxing, and I appreciated how clean the facility was. I do recommend installing more clothes hooks and places for bags or coats.
Great experience but would love if it was open earlier in the morning so I could go before work!

My experience exceeded my expectation from the very moment that I was greeted. I was walked through the process and the experience what to expect any questions I had were answered fully. It was a beautiful environment and I felt like 1 million bucks afterwards.
Only thing I would change is too add a couple hooks to the suite. The suite I was in only had 1 hook which has fine but it'd be nice to have at least 2.

The vibes. The private suite. It’s the perfect way to wind down and recover. I love it.
I only wish it was easier to connect to the Bluetooth (competing rooms and devices, your not sure which one to connect to) and I wish there were earlier hours for early risers before the workday.

It was awesome, went into it not knowing what to expect. However it blew me away i didn’t realize how much I needed it, I felt healed. It was also super clean which is hard to find with a sauna and even ice bath. The shower was really just the cherry on top to being refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning because it was a 10/10 experience. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful so that’s always a plus.

The cleanliness of my experience and the staff pays real attention to my needs when it comes to the temperature of the sauna to the extra towels needed.
From arrival to departure this was the best experience! I was greeted by a very friendly staff member upon arrival. She gave me a tour and explained everything. This was my first time doing contrast therapy and she answered all of my questions. The suite was very clean and had a vibe that I just know can’t be duplicated! The way my body felt at the end made a believer out of me! I will definitely be back!
