I really enjoyed my experience at SWEATHOUZ! I loved being able to have my own private suite and go back and forth between the sauna and cold plunge at my own pace. Everything felt really clean, relaxing, and comfortable, and I left feeling amazing afterward. It was my first time and I would definitely come back!

Amazing first time/experience for me and my fiance. We workout 5-6 days out of the week and this was just what we needed. I also loved how each thing was all in one room. How we could go from sauna, to vitamin c shower to cold plunge without having to leave the room. The layout was very well thought out.

It was awesome. The hostesses are kind and lively, and the facilities are clean and high-end. They clearly care about what they do and are very health-conscious. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the services they provide, which says a lot about management. I will definitely be back.
