I really liked that I had my own private suite. It was so clean and such a luxurious experience. I was actually trying to choose between this place and another place with the same offerings (infrared sauna and cold plunge). The reason I went with sweat houz is because of the privacy. 10/10 experience!

it was exactly what it was advertised to be. it felt like a quick vacation in an hour.
It was my first time at a sauna like this (not in a spa) and it was truly an incredible, private experience. Shoutout to the kind girl at the desk for walking me through everything from start to finish! The amenities were awesome - TV, chromotherapy lights, shower caps, shower, and a vanity area to clean up/fix hair/makeup. The only downside for this location is how noisy it is. It took me about the first fifteen minutes to really relax, noises from the hallway and lobby, plus music from either a loud car outside or from someone next door. But again, I assume that’s a location issue, not a SWTHZ issue. I’ll definitely be back!
