What an amazing and rejuvenating experience!! I walked out of Sweat House like a brand new. The staff were very pleasant and informative. SWTHZ, brilliant to make private suites which were very clean and cozy. The infrared sauna was perfect! I stretched and listened to worship music which was so relaxing. The cold plunge was amazing!! I can’t wait to do this again

I loved everything, the place was so nice and clean, the worker was so kind to me and my boyfriend, and she was able to explain to us the gist of things because it was our first time ever being at a sweat house. It’s such a cozy relaxing place with the lights being dimmed, having a whole room to yourself, the lights having interesting colors, etc. The sauna was super easy to use and had enough space for me and my boyfriend, the vitamin C shower was very relaxing, and the cold plunge really sets the deal, the water is SUPER cold and clean. Overall we loved it so much and for me personally, it got rid of a pain that I always have in my lower back, 10/10 would come back 🙏🏼
