The service was good, the door in my room was not locking and the tub jets were not working, the water looks murky and dirty.

I liked the guy at the front desk who showed me everything and how to cycle through the session. I wasn’t sure what to do when I got there.
I had an amazing experience. Staff was super helpful and answered any questions I may have had during my introduction. The suite was clean, the vibes were amazing. I left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated!

Only recommendation might be some tissues in the suite. The sauna made my nose run and I didn’t want to get snot on anything :)

The combination of hot and cold ended up being very relaxing and it was fun to do it with a friend for the first time. The vitamin c shower was also great for my skin and hair. Being able to play my music in the room was awesome. The Dyson tools for drying my hair after were a nice addition. Great experience.

Kiara was very friendly and helped me navigate my first experience at Swthz with suggestions and tips. The facilities were clean and worked beautifully. I felt really relaxed! After my session and while brushing my hair, my earring fell into a corner of the counter by accident. The staff were helpful and assured me they would help. Kiara called to let me know it was retrieved and I was able to come back for it later that day.
