Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable suite
Clean. Courteous staff. A good price. Quality build out /environment. I like Fiji water and felt that was a nice touch (because of the mineral quality in Fiji) .
Couple minor issues:
I had difficulty getting the Bluetooth to work and ended up just listening to the spa music. Would’ve preferred to listen to my own stuff. But I was in Suite 2, and it wasn’t showing up on the Bluetooth.
The cold plunge bathtub. Hard for me to tell if it was just air bubbles or some kind of mineral in the water, but it felt like there were Floaties throughout the tub. For some reason it didn’t bother me …so maybe it was just bubbles. I think worth taking a look at.
From the call to answer my “1st” attending to arriving and being greeted so nicely and the patient making me comfortable and the instructions were perfect… to the pleasant leaving and knowing I will return for sure

How clean and polished everything looked
The set up of the room was very nice and mostly easy to use. The vitamin c shower was amazing. I would include explicit written instructions on the sauna settings. I would also send an email with all of the pertinent information and what to expect ahead of time.
I have gone to many spas but I like the concept of private spaces. That way no one has to be self conscious. Above all I liked the level of cleanliness. It was truly sparkling clean.
I would like if aroma therapy could be added to the room. It would be nice if massage services were offered as well.
One negative ...foors outside of sauna are EXTREMELY slippery when wet. No good! You need to add rubber runners or require rubber sandals. Wont be long until someone has a serious accident. Next time I will bring my river shoes.

I didn't like infrared sauna as much as normal sauna, but overall really liked the experience and am glad it exists

It was my first experience, and it was fantastic. I loved the infrared sauna, especially the ability to independently adjust the lights and settings to make everything feel even more comfortable and personalized. I used the gray plunge with the seat, which I really appreciated, and having the mirror in front added to the comfort and overall experience.
The dimmable lighting created such a relaxing atmosphere, and I loved being able to go back and forth between the sauna and plunge comfortably. Everything was spotless, and the staff was thorough, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish.
I left feeling absolutely relaxed afterward. I will 100% recommend this experience to others and will definitely be returning.
The SweatHouz in New Horizon is one of my favorite places to recharge and renew. I leave there feeling like a new person every time. The customer service is amazing, the place is always clean and it smells great. And I love the Dyson hair tools! I always feel pampered at the SweatHouz

Overall experience to the staff at the front desk their warm welcome and guidance from start to finish is amazing, great customer service and then the amenities of the cold plunge, sauna and vitamin c shower is all amazing.
