All around lovely. Clean, chic, high end. I loved being able to watch Netflix during the sauna? Unexpected. The private room was so lovely and peaceful. Loved the Dyson hair tools at the end.

The suite was very clean & as-pictured & described. It was a peaceful experience to have one’s own space without being in a sauna or shower with a room full of strangers. The idea of SWTHZ is genius in a sense that it prioritizes a relaxing environment at your own pace & space. The amenities & space are well-maintained & clean. Overall a fantastic experience & hope they continue to be at this level! proud to say I signed up for a membership!!
Lovely experience due to facilities and staff
From the moment we entered the doors, we were welcomed and treated well. The attendant was very new, but I didn’t know until she told us. Her presence was warm and she was quite knowledgable. The suit was clean and the blow dry bar was top notch and made drying my hair a breeze. The only downside for me is that the room is dark and stays dark. I would like to be able to adjust the lighting when I’m ready to shower and dress.

I loved the whole experience. From the moment I walked into Montvale SweatHouz I was blown away. The place is amazing, I was very pleased with the amenities and what there was offered. Super clean and private which was amazing to see. Kiara was amazing too. She was of great help and really accommodating. She answered every question I had and was super insightful. The sauna to the shower to the cold plunge, all of it was a great experience. 10/10 definitely recommend
I had such a great experience! I was able to relax and doing something healthy for myself. The facility was very clean. The attendant was very friendly and provided great tips on how I can maximize my time at the facility. Over all my experience was great. I will be back soon.
