I enjoy the recovery and relaxation the sauna suite offers me.
I started going to SweatHouz as part of my weekly recovery routine, and I’m absolutely obsessed! I love the private suites, alway super clean and tidy, and the entire team is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The experience has quickly become something I look forward to every week. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I loved my experience! I had a warm welcome and thorough orientation. The facility is clean and feel luxurious and elegant. The sauna and cold plunge both worked as described. One hour was plenty of time. Not sure if it’s in my head or what, but I had a great hair day after using the vitamin C shower!
The suites are very nice and most importantly the staff seem to work hard to keep them very clean. The Staff at the Sweathouz I have been using have been very nice, knowledgeable, and hardworking.
Every thing was clean, professional, and exceeded expectations. 10/10 experience
I’m a busy mom, and mental health professional. I get to come in, be greeted, and not have to pick up after myself. I just relaxed, enjoy my quiet time, and leave the towels and get on with my day.

I had a phenomenal experience. I really enjoyed it and I can’t wait to go back. I would like to be able to go back with my friend regularly and I would like it to be more clear what the add-on price is like if I were to buy a monthly pass what’s the add-on for her? I think that the only thing I can find your competitors have an advantage of you is the unclear pricing

The combination of heat and cold is perfect for muscle recovery! The vitamin c shower is the bonus!
