My daughter gave me this as a gift for Mother’s Day. I paid for my husband to have the experience with me. I am doing this for health reasons and I loved every minute of it ( expect the plunge, wow) 🙃

Comfortable, intimate oasis that allowed me to change the mood and ambience on the fly. Very welcoming environment. Look forward to returning very soon.
Ice plunge was a little too loud but stopped after 10 minutes. Really need to put up signs to be aware of others. If your inside the suit next to the front desk couple of people started having a conversation 2 feet from my suit really ruined the experience. Next time would definitely ask to have a room away from the front desk. You should only place somone in there if your full it should be the last option. Other wise shower and vibe in the suit was 10/10 would definitely come back

The suite was clean and modern. We really enjoyed the bluetooth in the sauna and the suite.
Our host was very knowledgeable and advised us how to get the most of our time and the best kind of therapy for muscle recovery.
The water machine in the lobby was also very flavorful and fresh!
I like the private room with cold plunge and shower. Wish the sauna got hotter quicker.
