This was my first time visiting this location and without a doubt will i be recommending this to my friends and family. I’m currently dealing with sciatica and muscle spasms and Kimberly did an amazing job telling me the benefits of cold plunges and the sauna and what the business has to offer. Very informative and energetic, will be giving this place 5 stars on google as well!

The place was really clean. The staff was very friendly, they gave me a guide on how to do my contrast therapy since I have never done it before. So it was very helpful. And it was very much an stress-free and relaxing. I had a lot of fun up for myself, and I even have been thinking of bringing somebody else next time out. I do it because I had a lot of fun.

I absolutely loved it. Starting with the customer service, it was incredible. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The experience was more that I was expecting. I left very relaxed and happy and I am definitely going back.
