Facilities are great and very clean. Staff is awesome, especially Aisha the manager, Hailey, and Odalys. Really lives up to the concept of a luxury spa-like experience. Please don’t remove toiletries from suites as that would impact the high end vibe. Perhaps refresh individual use amount when turning over the suites. Also, speaker connectivity in the sauna can be spotty and can take a few minutes in beginning of each session to properly connect. Perhaps something that can be checked during room turnover so client is not using time to fix. Thank you.

First time doing contrast therapy and loved it. The studio feels like a high end spa. Relaxing and peaceful and I feel so rejuvenated after a session.
