Loved it! It was my first time, staff was super friendly and informative. Facility was very clean, and I loved the amenities - water refill station, cold towels, a plastic bag for wet items. All the little details really added up to an exceptional experience!

I enjoyed the facility. I would recommend buffering more time in between sessions - allowing for 5 to 10 minutes after the session is done to use the room to change and not eat into the time that can be used in the sauna/cold plunge. It feels very rushed at the end of a session to get dressed and leave so the next guest can use the room.
The friendliness and knowledge of staff and the quality and cleanliness of the sauna/cold plunge rooms were great.

Cleanliness, friendliness and soothing atmosphere
The entire experience was epic! The facility is super clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the cold plunge, sauna, vitamin c shower felt like a 5 star experience. I would love for one to open in Annapolis Maryland!
