I love my experience with you guys. From the time we walked in we openly welcomed. Helped instantly as well as had any questions answered without a problem. All staff was helpful in all ways and just very helpful and friendly period. I really enjoyed the the cold plunge alot but I also loved loved the sauna that was one of my favorite parts. The vitamin shower was refreshing as well. I give the whole experience a 10 out 10.

I recommend the eucalyptus cold compress and saving time for the vitamin c shower.

First thing stepping foot in Laura was absolutely amazing and friendly. She was informed and spoke with pride about this space. The cleanliness in matched. The equipment was working well and functioned awesome. Perfect for wellness

Had never done infared sauna. Check in was great. Staff was friendly. We had enough time to change and we were not rushed. Location in the Mosaic is great.

Felt very clean and friendly staff.
I was not happy with the temperature. Sauna was 138 when we walked in and I immediately increased the temp to 175. Unfortunately and even after 60 minutes the temperature inside the sauna only reached 141! Sauna experience should be 150-160 for at least 15 minutes at this level in order to have the full effect and true health benefits of using a Sauna.
For this reason I will not be going back.
