The experience I had was great! I went on my birthday. It was pretty busy but also nothing to be cautioned about. Just went to show me how much people enjoy the experience. The employee in charge was also great, showing me all of the amenities and it was just great!

The place is clean and I love the concept BUT it is the staff that makes your place special. 100% of the time, the staff is friendly, helpful, funny, and genuine. That is what makes it special.
The suite was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would suggest adding a curtain anywhere in the room for privacy while changing, specially if the member is expected to bring different guests with the guest passes they are allowed. Guests who share the suite may not want to be undressed around each other.

Sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin c shower
My friend and I loved it very cool please to hang for an hour and relax.

The staff was fantastic, the facilities were clean and private. It was very easy to get checked in, learn how to use the sauna / cold plunge, then start my session and fully disconnect.
Appreciated the dedicated private personal space to use the sauna, cold plunge and shower. This created a environment to relax. The facility is clean. Mostly, the days following the use of the sauna and cold plunge, I felt uplifted and my leg edema was reduced.

Absolutely great. Awesome location, easy to access and really nice rooms. I wish I could book it for longer!
My only request is to put a noise blocks at the foot of the door for the rooms closer to the front. Otherwise I hear all the chatter from the front when trying to relax.
Otherwise staff is awesome and I always leave refreshed.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. Facilities are organized and clean. And theres a parking behind the building, its a win win!
