The sauna was an amazing experience and so was the vitamin C shower was a first time experience for me. I made it to 11 minutes in the cold plunge which was also a first time experience for me. Looking forward to coming back and doing this for longer!

I had a wonderful welcome and tour from the front desk attendant. She was very friendly and showed me exactly how to use all amenities. I also enjoyed the opportunity to use the Dyson products at the end of my session

The only thing that could be better would be an option for traditional stove sauna, and the ability to make cold plunge colder (~42 degrees)

The entire experience was fantastic. It provided a nice quiet moment in a hectic week. I could also feel the benefits of the contrast therapies. The staff was attentive and very welcoming. Exactly all that I hoped it would be, so happy I decided to go for it and invest in the membership.
