I was greeted as soon as I was walked in and escorted to my pod that was reserved for me and offered a compression press .
I was given a bigger room even though I didn't need a bigger room but I was giving a bigger room. It's just what was available. Room was clean. Heated therapy room was already warm. Towel in there was his place. I love that the towels are placed in there. That keeps him more

the sauna was near max temp at the start which i appreciated.
I've been wanting to try infrared therapy for a while, and here they also have a sauna, which I love. Private rooms where you can be alone, with pleasant music, a shower with water infused with vitamin C, and a bathroom with cold water. It's clean, neat, and cozy. The Dyson hair dryer was also a pleasant surprise. I'll be back. I asked if it was possible to book 1.5 or 2 hours at a time, but unfortunately, that's not an option.

Loved the rooms… the sauna was fantastic. I did about 30 minutes, vitamin c shower had made my skin and hair so soft and silky. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash were heavenly. The cold plunge…. I can see how it would feel nice but that takes practice! I couldn’t do it for very long, but would love to gradually get better at it!

The staff was friendly, but I didn’t like that. The vitamin C attachment on the shower was basically empty.
Receptionist welcomed me with complimentary water and cold compress. She provided a thorough guided walk thru of the facility and my suite. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back

I love that this company doesnt cheap out on stuff and that I can just walk in and do my own thing for an hour.
