This was so relaxing! I was also pretty proud of myself for being able to work up to 1 minute and 30 seconds in the ice bath. This is an awesome take on traditional sauna contrast therapy. I've recommended this to 10 people already!!! I'm definitely coming back on my next trip to Tennessee. 10/10!

I loved the whole experience, starting from the time I was greeted after I walked through the door.
The woman working the front desk when I went was incredibly kind and just lovely. She showed me around the studio and gave me a great rundown of how to do contrast therapy. Will be back for sure!!

Had an absolutely amazing time relaxing and feeling so rejuvenated when I was done. Staff was so helpful explaining the process. Suites felt very private and inviting. Loved it so much!

The girls working at desk were extremely friendly, kind & helpful. Facility is very clean and our experience was relaxing.
Staff is great! Clean facilities. The only thing I’m bummed about is the $99 special for 4 visits after I bought a 4 pack for $200+ 6 days before the special and I got a “bad timing” when I brought up the discounted special.
Any help here would be nice. I love the space and offerings - I would recommend it to friends, but a little bummed about not honoring the special - even if is tacking on additional visits.

Amazing! Only suggestion is to add products for men in the post sauna room where you can do hair etc. some men’s sprays/hair products etc.

Private room is what sold me on the experience with my husband. Once we got there it was a nice surprise for the eucalyptus towels & flavored water options. Tv/wifi for entertainment was a plus too. We purchased package with Olivia so we will be back soon!

I love SweatHouz! Sometimes there are issues that I wish they’d inform me of prior to arriving for my appointment. For example, the air conditioning was not working yesterday. Making it so that I couldn’t dry my hair without sweating profusely. The room I occupied was literally 99 degrees. Sometimes the tub is broken and not really cold. These things happen but a heads up would be nice. At the Ballston location, where you dry your hair, there is no place to put your belongings, so everything is on the floor. I have been to a few locations and the model is one, single stall bathroom. Why? Anyway, I’ve complained, but I do really like SweatHouz.
It was our first contrast therapy experience and we might be obsessed now!
