The place was very clean, modern, and thoughtful. Olivia moved me to a new room when my sauna wasn't getting hot enough and restarted my time so I could get the full benefit. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience.

I love great service. So that was number one! If I was treated poorly in any way I wouldn’t have signed up or come back… ever. I had no intention of getting a membership but the young lady who helped me actually changed my mind. She was very courteous and helpful. I only went with the cheaper option but After I can get more than my foot in the cold plunge I will definitely upgrade … ♥️thanks!
