Simple booking and easy location to find. Having to give more information and check in at a kiosk onsite seemed a bit redundant. This could surely be collected at time of booking. The suite was clean and cozy. Appreciate having towels, bath essentials and that the sauna was already pre-heated. There was a small place to sit. Could use more seating or a storage cubby for personal items and perhaps more hooks for towels. Overall, love the concept and will definitely visit again when I can purchase a block of sessions versus a monthly membership.

It was a great experience. I appreciate having the private suite to experience the sauna, shower, cold plunge cycle. Everything was clean and the shower products smelled wonderful.
