The facilities are great. I don’t usually book private room for contrast therapy but I really enjoyed it and the small touch like the makeup wipes. While I didn’t use the TV I can see how that is a nice touch too.

Clean rooms, sauna itself was great, cold plunge easily accessible. Timer on the wall was helpful. Girl at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable. Great service.

The overall experience from start to end. The sweet lady at the reception was very kind and showed us around and told us everything we needed to know. The experience was equally great. Nice private setting with great ambience.
The lighting, the greeting was prompt when i arrived, the check in was easy and the suite size and privacy was everything. I had a tour and was instructed on how everything works it was great i will return and be sharing my experience with others. Highly recommend
