The place was great , Shay I think her name was is great . Visit was awesome , only thing which isn’t on the location or employees at all, but the app won’t let me schedule appointments I have to call the place . Which is a slight inconvenience but again location is great .
Greeted by an amazing and enthusiastic employee who gave a good and well informed tour of the facility. Clear and simple instructions on the sauna, cold plunge. Even gave me her preferred method of doing both and I actually believe is made it easier in my opinion going from the sauna to a lukewarm shower for a few secs then the plunge. I plan to come back often and I already recommended to my roommates and family that same night.

Everything!!!!! The sauna was the perfect temperature and the cold compress was really nice. I love how you can rotate a couple times between the sauna and cold plunge. First time cold plunge was something....but I feel absolutely amazing. And the vitamin c shower....my skin hasn't been this soft in so long. Looking forward to coming back!!!!!
