The plunge and shower
While the sauna, shower, and cold dip (brrrr), I found the red light therapy wonderful. I did sleep better and it was much more relaxed drive home and throughout the evening.

Kylie and Eliana were both friendly and welcoming when we first walked in-and so helpful on the phone before even stepping foot . The space is a vibe, clean and calming.
Very welcoming environment. The young lady gave me a tour of the facility and then explained how everything worked. Only drawback was there was no one at the counter when I was finished.
