Dirty with hair and skin. I’m so hopeful that my experience will be different when I return. The lady upfront was super nice and apologetic, I was so nervous about asking to switch. Is there a way to request that the tub be cleaned prior to me using the room? Can someone call and explain how I can do that because I would love to return.

The staff was super sweet and made my first contrast therapy session so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was very clean and I really enjoyed all of the different amenities offered. 10/10 experience!

How friendly the staff was, how clean the facility is.
Amazing first time/experience for me and my fiance. We workout 5-6 days out of the week and this was just what we needed. I also loved how each thing was all in one room. How we could go from sauna, to vitamin c shower to cold plunge without having to leave the room. The layout was very well thought out.
I enjoyed the private suite and the ability to connect our music.
I also enjoyed the complimentary water and towels.
The location was clean and easy to access.
