I went on Friday to learn about the place and book an appointment and then arrived this morning for my session. The girl at the desk (was the same girl both times) was extremely helpful. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The vibration plate was weird but super cool and felt great. The red light bed was amazing as well. I was def nervous going in but the girl up front made sure everything went smoothly and i had a terrific time. I’d def recommend and hope i can come again.

True, hot infrared sauna, always 175 degrees. Rooms are clean and kept up; they don’t look old and worn. Staff is wonderful! Friendly and helpful; always willing to extend expiration date.
Contrast therapy works for me. I’m 66 and still racing triathlon and cycling. I schedule a Sweathouz session after a race or hard training. It alleviates all muscle soreness and restores my energy.

I really enjoyed my experience at SWEATHOUZ! I loved being able to have my own private suite and go back and forth between the sauna and cold plunge at my own pace. Everything felt really clean, relaxing, and comfortable, and I left feeling amazing afterward. It was my first time and I would definitely come back!
Staff is always wonderful and helpful. Studio is clean and a wonderful break and reset.

Staff was pleasant, friendly and informative, without being pushy. The room was clean, and the experience of the sauna and cold plunge was rejuvenating. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
The cold plunge/heat combo felt excellent on my sore legs.
I loved the layout of the private suits and the fact that sweathauz has a YouTube premium subscription for ad free entertainment. The timer/count down on the wall was very convenient.

Staff was great, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The sauna, cold plunge and vitamin c shower were all great. I liked being able to connect my phone to the speakers. I also enjoyed the access to the dysons after i was finished.
Lovely front desk staff and a great studio. I enjoy the sauna and cold plunge and the solitude it allows me to have for myself.
The gentleman at the front desk was helpful, polite, and thorough. Everything was clean and perfectly placed. The experience was easy to comprehend and impactful in the best ways. I'm extremely glad that I took the chance to try this, and I fully plan to come back here as often as is reasonable.
