I enjoyed everything about the experience. Everything was new for me, so I loved every aspect of the private suite. I cannot explain how my body felt in response to three phases, the relaxation of the sauna, the vitamin c shower, and the cold plunge. My muscles thanked me for the experience, and I will be returning weekly.

Clarity of instruction of what to do, privacy, adjustable needs of sauna. It was a great experience overall. Employees were kind. Sauna was amazing. Nice to have body wash etc in shower and electrolytes and water on deck if I needed them.
What I did not like:
Employees loud talking in the front, hallway. The place isn’t big. I was hoping to have more peace in my mind and head but I heard conversations outside the door the whole time! Defeats part of the purpose. Plus I had room number 1 so I really could hear a lot.

Great service
I loved the experience. The intensity of that first cold plunge is no joke, but the aftermath is amazing. My one complaint is having to see/hear commercials on the SweatHouz channel, every once in a while, that broke up the tranquil music and the imagery. It took me out.

Had such a great experience at SweatHouz in Garwood today! I went with a friend and we both absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was so relaxing, clean, and peaceful from the moment we walked in. The staff was welcoming and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.
It was the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and do something good for ourselves while still getting to spend time together. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about coming back. Definitely recommend SweatHouz Garwood if you’re looking for a little self-care day or something different to do with a friend!
