I like that my first time ever doing contrast therapy was here the nice gentleman at the front desk. I believe his name was Jay was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. Although he did share he was new I could not tell! Very clean and a great experience for sure!

The entire experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. I felt fantastic and energized when I left.
I was terrified about the cold plunge but it was refreshingly refreshing and easy. The sauna is amazing. I felt much lighter coming out than I did going in and I'll definitely be back.

I liked being able to relax in a private space with the ability to control the sauna settings on my own. The space was clean and very nice. LOVED the vitamin c infused shower the most. I’d go back just for that.

Loved all of the amenities, sauna, cold plunge, and especially the shower. Was not expecting the tv but it was very appreciated. Wonderful staff too, notably Abby!

The studio was very clean and blew away the South Broadway location that I originally joined. Tennyson is a further drive for me, but well worth the extra effort. The suites felt better maintained as well.
