I loved the entire experience. The privacy. The staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly, and the environment was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower. I never felt rushed, and the overall experience felt restorative and well thought out. I enjoyed it enough that I’m planning to purchase a monthly membership.

It was something new to do and I felt great afterwards. I loved the cold plunge.
They were very thorough with explaining how contrast therapy works and gave us a great tour of the facility to get started. Explained our suite very well. We will be back soon!

Clean facilities, warm greeting, well explained, reasonable price! The host working the morning of 8/16 was welcoming and friendly. He was thorough in explaining the process and the treatments.
