Chloe was so sweet and knowledgeable. The amenities were clean, beautiful, and I love that they’re private suites. Having a full hour to relax and use the different therapies was great.
I work out quite often and i came here after a long week and a hard workout and it solved all my issues. I did it for recovery and feel much better
Loved the suites. The ONLY thing i would like for you to check on is that the temperature of the Suite 2 (where i was) never came up to 150 or more. I set it at 160F and it stayed the whole time in 138F so for me it wasnt that hot it took me a whilee to sweat. I stayed for 50 minutes and never got warmer.

I love the privacy that comes with this location.
The fact we can get our own room to ourselves for 1 hour so we don’t have to be all nasty and sweaty next to other people.

First time doing contrast therapy, I thought it was explained well and I liked the cold plunge/sauna it was a great experience
I enjoyed the whole experience immensely. The sauna, shower and cold plunge really gave me a refreshed feeling throughout the rest of my day. My only gripe is that there wasn’t access to a restroom, so I had to hold til after I left so I didn’t waste my allotted time.

The employees provided great customer service by walking me through the facility and explaining the different options. The employee gave great advice on how to navigate the cold plunge. I was able to submerge for the first time and it was great.
It was really nice having a private room with the big sauna and the cold plunge and shower and the amenities. I also liked how attentive the staff was and accommodating. It was great.
