The staff was friendly and place was very clean. I like the privacy and personal choices like connecting phone to speaker to play music.
The whole experience was something new The cold plunge was my favorite although I couldn’t do it long it felt good. I felt welcome to be there and enjoy the the entire process.
Very relaxing stayed in infrared sauna for 30 minutes took my vitamin c shower then went in cold plunge for 5 minutes. I liked that it was quiet and a nice essential oil towel came with it with complementary water for your first visit. Will try to book again in future and I already have been telling everyone to book a session!
The staff was absolutely lovely. The woman who helped me (Kailey? Hailey?) was super kind, informative, and helpful. There was a shift change during my session and the folks who were there when I got out were just as lovely. The session itself was so enjoyable. The space was clean and the ambiance was on point. Overall, it was a wonderful way to spend my birthday! I hope you open a location closer to Dayton!
It is a very lovely facility. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was my first time doing contrast and I was nervous. However, Alex was very informative and super calming. The experience was 10/10 for me and I am hoping to make it part of my wellness journey!

Everything was very clean, explained well, and we were given everything we needed. The experience was wonderful!
I don’t even know where to start, but I’ll try to add as much detail. I walk in and get greeted by Lucas and shown around the place with all the amenities. Very neat organized and clean a small detail that I appreciated is, I called earlier and I didn’t get an answer so I called again and I get an answer, but as I was there getting shown around, he ignored the phone ringing, which shows me how much not only he, but the employees of Sweathouz prioritize their customers. It also got shown with how clean organized and professional, their suites looked felt and helped me and my muscle recovery.
The staff makes all the difference. Very king and helpful!
Savannah was incredibly helpful. She was patient and honest. I felt very comfortable there, and I already felt a sense of community when I walked in the door. I would recommend to anyone!

Due to the 60 minutes being gone with a blink of the eye, a 61-minute on the clock would be much appreciated as the extra minute makes the entire experience feel a little less rushed, ie time to change or adjust the audio where the many sessions I’ve been the audio started off fine and for the remainder of the session, it was all ads, where I ended up turning off the audio/visual entirely.

What I liked from her experience was from the moment I came in I was warmly greeted.
Everything was throughly explained to me. I felt comfortable. All of the equipment was clean and fully functional.
