aways a good destress hour i wish someone would help me get music going in sauna from my iphone. never seems to be working. that is the only negative when I visit. same problem in Charlotte NC. no one seems to know how to work the pairing woth iphone
Love it from the moment I stepped inside! The staff greeting me was so friendly. I room I relaxed in was very private and comfortable. It was an amazingly relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

I did recommend to a friend and brought her in and she signed up.! the young lady that gave her the tour answered all of her questions was pleasant, welcoming, and nice. The studio is clean. I will say that the suite that I was in the handle to the shower needs to be attached. It slides in and out, it could fall out on someone’s foot very easily, but perhaps it’s already been taken care of.

I believe her name is Krissy. She was extremely professional. I wasn’t planning on signing up for a membership, but with her calm, and relaxed professional behaviors, and her non pushy behaviors, I changed my mind, and became a member. At first I was planning on signing up for a two times a month membership for 109 dollars or so… but with Krissy’s professional, relaxed laid back, non pushy behavior, I easily decided to sign up for the 4 times a month membership for 169.
My 2nd time, another professional worker, young and white worker. I like this place. For both visits, I like how the cold water tub is salt water. I heard salt water cold tub does good things to the body
