Client Testimonials
Elijah was so amazing. He helped me with scheduling my appt and making everything seem so flawless but also genuine. Now more than ever that authenticity matters the most. I’ll continue to return simply bc of his hospitality.
I loved the sauna and shower. The cold plunge was a new experience and I felt great afterwards! I liked having the suite to ourselves and we were very comfortable. It was nice to dry our hair at the end. It was a great experience.
High-end “feeling” in the room. The equipment & furniture & marble walls felt like a resort.
Very private , peaceful
Hosts were fantastic. Room was very clean
Very friendly staff and great facilities.
Friendly and helpful staff, the suites are clean and it’s a relaxing experience.
Liked the aspect of having your own room. Everything was great. Loved the sauna, wished it was a little bit hotter but definitely tolerable. Loved the vitamin C shower. Cold plunge was very good and stayed cold throughout. Customer service was great. Would definitely go again!
Really enjoyed our time and plan on doing it again.
The suite we were in was missing a few towel hooks, but otherwise no major complaints.

Everything
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
It was a great session! I’ve been to the tennyson location quite a few times but this location is much more convenient for me.The person at the front was very friendly. My Suite was very peaceful with the same video and light options I’m used to. The layout of the space was nice.
There are some help buttons which I’ve never seen before. The only thing missing was a timer by the cold plunge. I had to get my stuff and phone wet, setting timers for the 3 times I plunged. I hope they consider adding a small plunge timer! I’ll be back for another session 😊
