I enjoy the tranquility of the suite. I enjoyed the red light therepy which I tried for the first time. I enjoyed the overall experience. The vitamin C shower is great however if there was a way to shut off the Vitamin C part once done and get normal water pressure for a good shower with pressure it would enhance the overall experience.

Trinity did a great job at explaining the steps to take while there for the first time with my husband. We loved it and will be back. Loved the great customer service and Trinity made everything easy to understand and enjoy the experience.

The staff us amazing, friendly, & knowledgable. They acknowledged my birthday with signage and well wishes. They adjust the sauna and plunge temps to my preferences.

We walked in to a friendly greeting, a thorough explanation of services and benefits, and a great experience overall! I would recommend for first timers, to send a confirmation email with what to expect and what to bring with. They would be my only critic, however we had a wonderful experience overall!
The facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything feels well maintained and organized, which makes for a relaxing and pleasant experience. I’ve really enjoyed my visits to SweatHouz and would definitely recommend it.
