I really enjoyed the privacy of the suite and how you can go back-and-forth between the two verses just do one of the other for an extended period of time. I didn’t expect to like the shower, but I could feel the difference in my skin for the vitamin C treatment..

Matt was very friendly as I entered and explained the process from start to finish since I was a new customer. The suite was clean and neat, loved the privacy of it. All of the equipment worked perfectly and I had a relaxing and restorative visit. Once my hour was up, Matt asked how my experience was and then explained some of the specials and membership options in a positive and low pressure manner. 10/10 will come back again and have already suggested it to friends.
Staff was great and professional, my experience was different but good. The sauna was great and the cold plunge was a different experience for me but their recommended process helped get through the freeze and it felt good for my back. I would definitely go back.

Love the contrast therapy. The private suite makes for such a zen vibe. Or any vibe you want. Being able to shower in the suite is great. You can just tackle whatever the rest of the day holds cuz you’re refreshed and clean and ready to go!

Aside from the health benefits of the sauna and cold plunge, the experience itself is really relaxing. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.
